KhelPlay Rummy's Detailed Refund Terms
A game might terminate due to issues beyond our control, such as internet connection inconsistency, service outage, power outage, malware attack, viruses, computer malfunction, natural disasters, or other unforeseeable failures.
In such cases, KhelPlay Rummy will not be held responsible. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that KhelPlay Rummy is not liable for any losses incurred due to game termination for these reasons.
If a cash game is paused due to unforeseen technical problems, a notification will appear on the game table and lobby, indicating the interruption duration and instructing players not to close the game or log out of the mobile app.
If a player chooses to leave the table, exit the lobby, or log out during this period, they will forfeit the game and lose their buy-in amount, which will not be refunded.
The game will resume exactly from where it paused once the interruption ends. If the game does not resume within the stated time, it will be canceled, and the buy-in amounts will be refunded to players' wallets within 24 hours.
All financial transactions for deposits into your KhelPlay Rummy account, using any financial instrument like credit card, debit card, UPI, or other bank cards, are processed through third-party payment gateways. These gateways are responsible for accepting or denying transactions, and all such transactions are subject to their terms and conditions. KhelPlay Rummy is not responsible for any transaction denial by the third-party gateway.
In case of transaction reversals, KhelPlay Rummy may refund the full or specified amount after deducting any charges. Refunds will be made only to the mode of payment used for the original transaction.
KhelPlay Rummy validates your details provided during registration at various stages. We use emails, SMS, and/or phone calls for this purpose. If we are unable to contact you for validation, KhelPlay Rummy reserves the right to suspend your account and remit the balance (after deducting service charges) to the instrument used for your deposit.
KhelPlay Rummy reserves the right to terminate or discontinue contests, games, offers, bonuses, and tournaments without prior notice.
In such cases, KhelPlay Rummy will not be liable except for the entry fee of the terminated event, if applicable.
Refund requests will only be processed in cases of accidental or erroneous cash credit. KhelPlay Rummy will address and investigate such requests individually, with refunds processed within two weeks. Refunds will be made to the financial instrument used for the original transaction.
Refunds can be initiated under the following conditions:
- Payment successful but not received by the player.
- App technology problems leading to extended unavailability of game services.
- Payment issues resulting in multiple charges.
To initiate a refund, describe the issue to customer service via email. Our customer service executive will respond promptly and assist in resolving the issue. If unresolved, a refund will be initiated, and funds will typically be returned to your account within 2 working days.
Refunds cannot be initiated in the following scenarios:
- The recharge has been received and partially consumed.
- The payment was made over 2 days ago.
- Evidence of cheating/fraud in the game.
